Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Rytech Ltd cannot be held responsible for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by a delayed/lost/misrouted orders.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your items. 

 

Cancellations

At Rytech we are here to give you a good service, so if you want to cancel an order, that is not a problem. Simply let us know via email (ryan.linnell@rytech.co.uk) and if you order hasnt been dispatched yet we will happily cancel any order. If your order has been dispatched then you can simply return following the returns policy above.
